Chief deputy, Connie Black

Connie Black has been with Loudon County Government in Chancery Court since September 1975.  Her knowledge, wisdom, and experience in the court system surpasses all others and is vital to the operation of Chancery Court.

Connie was recognized as the Eastern Division Deputy Clerk of the year.

The Chief Deputy functions include overseeing day to day functions of the court and it's docket.
