Loudon County Chancery Court has terms of court in April, August, and December and begins each term on the first Monday of the respective term month. Matters to be heard in term are set at Docket Sounding which occurs at the end of each term.
Additional hearings may be scheduled during term by calling the clerks office.
When entering our facility for Court or Passport Business, a screening process will be conducted by our Loudon County Sheriff’s Department.
