Clerk & Master Emeritus, Connie Black

Connie's career with Loudon County Government in Chancery Court spanned from September 1975 to February 2025. Her knowledge, wisdom, and experience in the court system surpassed all others and was vital to the operation of Chancery Court.

Connie was recognized as the Eastern Division Deputy Clerk of the year in 2020.
